Job Posting: Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Salina, KS
Position: Full-Time, Outpatient Pediatric SLP
Clientele Age Range: 15 months and above

Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to enhance our outpatient pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be eager to collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans for a pediatric population aged 15 months and above.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate speech therapy with overall care.
Educate families about their child’s needs and how to support their communication development.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure or eligibility.
Experience in pediatric outpatient settings is preferred but not required.

Develop individualized treatment plans for a pediatric population aged 15 months and above.
